In the poll 2 entries below it looks like I'll be keeping just one blog. Which is kinda they way I wanted it anyway. Its a hassle to separate the 2. I'm thinking I might just cancel the appt w/ the endo all together and just go ahead w/ the gyno. Ugh, I hate the gyno. I mean I'm sure all women do but its such a horrible experience.
This weekend is Ronnies Senior prom. I cant believe he's already a senior and going to prom. When I started blogging he was a freshman. The time has flown by and now he's being scouted for college football. He and his friends are renting a beach house for the after party. I am so jealous! I didnt even go to prom.
Today was such a busy day at work. It was time to deliver the yearly performance appraisals to my team. Since I just got this team I didnt write any of them and normally the person who wrote them would provide the feedback and the new boss would just be there to see where the employee stands. Well the lady who's team I took over is in Costa Rica helping open a new call center. We had to figure out a way to pull the appraisals and then I had to write up all the development plans and then deliver them all by COB today. Thats the rough part of being a supervisor. Telling someone their performance was poor and there for no raise is intimidating. Luckily I have an awesome group who all took responsibility for their scores and it went well.
Now I'm sitting in my living room smelling the awesome BBQ going on in the backyard. Hamburgers! Mmmm...
Things have been going alot better in the townhouse. We had some rough patches that needed to be worked out but its been smooth sailing since then. It was just about not communicating properly and taking time to learn each other on a different level. Being BFF's and roommates is 2 different things. But I still believe it can be done. :-)
I am so ready for summer. Our weather has been insane, we had hail today and after the t-storm it was pretty cool outside. I am not complaining but I need for there to be some warm days to heat up the pool.
Anyway, I'm ready to watch some tv w/ the hubs so peace out. Have a great night!

I think in any new situation there is a learning process so even though you guys are best friends there was bound to be some bumps in the road until you all get used to living with one another. I'm glad things have smoothed over, one less stress for you to deal with. The good thing is that you all are willing to work on making it better and learning how to communicate better which is a great sign.
