Oops I did it again...

Another crazy busy day at work. Well it wasnt actually that busy. BUT my teams AHT (average handle time, the average amount of time the taken on each call) was higher then normal and there was no rhyme or reason. Frustrating. Anyway luckily I didnt have too much to do today and just ran around from long call to long call making sure they were being efficient. IE SHUT THAT CUSTOMER UP AND WRAP UP THE CALL!!!!! LOL not really but kinda. At the end of the day I had my 1-on-1 w/ my boss. It was going really well lots of positive comments of how I've been doing until....dun dun dunnnn... He asked me about a termination that I had some issues w/. I told him everything. Basically I was totally screw by the HR department bc they cant just respond to an email and I got written up. Its a long story but ultimately I am the one responsible. LAME! After that the rest of the time went well.

I spoke to Ronnie last night. He is doing well. I was so glad to talk to him. He is practising w/ the "varsity" team. I'm not really sure how that works in college and thats the way he said it to me. Apparently this is a big deal bc he's only 1 of the 15 freshman who are training w/ the varsity team outta 150 freshman all together. He had a scrimmage today. I wonder if he actually got to play? I was able to find out if he went to college w/ a girlfriend and he said nooooo. I said thats good. I think he should have some time to himself and date. He said there alot of cute girls there tho! LOL

I finally got a good night sleep last night. One of the side effects from metformin is heartburn. It was so bad I was waking up from it. Ewww... But I slept pretty much through the night.

Well I met my goal to update again today! Yay me!
